Cover drive King
A rare interesting article from the Numbers Game series on cricket.org.... this one analyzes perhaps the most glamorous stroke in test cricket and who has done well with it.. .that is got the most runs without getting out too many times.. some of my favorite exponents of the stroke are in that list... not surprisingly no Pakistani is on the list.... which is fine for a number of reasons..
And who tops the list? None other than Brian Lara... the King himself.
Note that the list covers stats after 2001 only (otherwise there might be other greats like Gavaskar/Bradman etc. on the list too)
